Marrook Farm is a Demeter certified dairy farm on the Bulga Plateau on the mid-north coast of NSW. The farm is about 750m in altitude producing quality pot set yoghurts, quark, fetta, brinawa cheese (Tilsit style) and bulga cheese (Gruyere style).
The stall space is also selling ‘Ginger & Brown Farmstead’ fermented products including sauerkraut and Kombucha.
